As an ASM you will supervise, train, and step in for the Store Manager; greet customers, handle transactions, maintain inventory, and uphold safety and loss-prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver''s license and mobility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Support: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed; supervise, train, and support team members.
• Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
