Job summary

Kid to Kid Short Pump is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor, keep the store organized, and coach team members to work the right way. You’ll presort and price incoming items, ring up customers, and help posts on social media to attract families.

You’ll work within Summit Recommerce Group’s network of nearly 30 locations, backed by founder-led leadership, with advancement opportunities, cross-training across store operations, and a supportive admin team.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors and organize items.
• Use our computer system to buy in and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring up customers at the register and coach selling to us.
• Help create posts on social media pages.
• Open and close tasks, nightly reports and tills.
• Inventory management and moving stock with a company truck.
• Assist Store Manager in leading the team.
