Job summary

The role is entry-level management, non-exempt/hourly, reporting to the General Manager, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have up to 1 year of job-related supervision or lead experience.
• Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks and resolve issues.
• Familiar with Applegreen policies, product and operations standards.
• Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of multiple non-exempt associates.
• Assigns work tasks and activities to staff.
• Prepares daily orders and maintains inventory controls.
• Conducts on-the-job training and basic skills development.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations.
• Resolves routine questions and directs complex issues to management.
• Provides coaching and support to direct and indirect reports to meet goals.
