You will lead staff, manage schedules, monitor cash handling and reporting, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandising. Strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and staff development.
• Experience with KPI targets and financials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and staff.
• Interview, hire, train and supervise employees.
• Manage schedules and labor budgets.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain store standards in housekeeping and merchandising.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Collaborate with regional managers on advertising and hiring.
• Aim to achieve gross profit, net profit, and sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
