Qualifications

• Minimum up to 1 year supervising or leading non-management staff in food/bev or merchandise.
• Ability to supervise, delegate, and resolve issues across shifts.
• Knowledge of Applegreen policies and standards, ability to train staff.
• Willingness to work varied hours including weekends/holidays.
• Must be 18+ and proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of multiple non-exempt associates.
• Assigns work tasks and tracks performance against goals.
• Prepares daily orders and maintains inventory levels.
• Coordinates on-the-job training and basic skills development.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards and health/safety rules.
• Uses judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones.
• Provides coaching and support to reports to achieve business goals.
