Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Arundel Mills in Hanover, MD to support daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service across all shifts.

You will help with merchandising, inventory control, staff training, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements include at least one year of retail management, strong English communication, strategic planning, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and sales growth.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention efforts.
• Train and develop store personnel; participate in evaluations.
• Monitor expenses, scheduling, and compliance with policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional standards.
• Travel between stores and work flexible hours including weekends.
