• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory and staffing.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
• Lead opening/closing routines and daily store readiness.
• Oversee administrative tasks like scheduling, compliance and reporting.
• Monitor store metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members for advancement.
