Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Recruit and hire in-store staff.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and enforce company policies.
• Oversee daily store operations in manager absence.
• Maintain loss prevention practices.
• Resolve customer issues and provide full-service experience.
• Uphold Journeys culture.
• Work 45 hours per week; night/weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
