Job summary

GPM Investments, BreadBox brand, seeks an Assistant Manager for Store 3473 in Hendersonville, TN. Open availability required; weekends/holidays and second or third shifts expected.

You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach staff, hire/train, manage inventory and merchandising, and oversee store operations. This full-time role offers weekly pay, monthly bonus potential, 401(k) from Day 1, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Proficiency in English and basic math.
• Tennessee Topshelf Manager Training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback to motivate excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.
