GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Oak Ridge, TN store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service and store performance.

Open availability is a must, with weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts. The role offers growth toward Store Manager and includes benefits and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays/second or third shifts.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
