Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Tennessee. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and help manage daily operations across shifts.

Open availability on weekends and holidays, valid driver’s license, and food safety certification required. We offer weekly pay, performance bonuses, a 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Open availability: weekends/holidays, second or third shifts
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Physical readiness for cleaning/restocking
• Minimum age 21+
• English communication and basic math skills
• Willing to learn Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pump areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned
