Holiday Oil Convenience Stores in Cottonwood Heights, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. The role includes cash handling, inventory oversight, and scheduling with a focus on safety and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has retail experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Retail experience preferred and demonstrated customer service skills.
• Ability to open and close stores across Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Familiarity with POS terminals and cash handling procedures.
• basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication and team training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and deposit proceeds.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and evaluating employee performance.
