Job summary

Holiday Oil Co. in West Point, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise staff, and manage inventory. You will ensure excellent customer service, oversee cash handling, and assist with scheduling to meet business needs.

Applicants should have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is preferred and a valid Utah driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to open/close stores on Sunday–Saturday.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Willing to submit to MVR monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members for excellent service.
• Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering.
• Ensure policy, safety, and security compliance.
