Break Time Assistant Managers assist in the management and operations of Break Time Convenience Stores, including supporting the Store Manager in their absence, coaching team members, and helping control expenses. Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate computer systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers courteously.
• Assist in daily store operations, including reporting, banking, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assist in merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stocking.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence and train new employees.
• Maintain timely communication with customers, vendors, and management.
• Understand store finances and help manage expenses and audits.
