GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for ExpressStop in Paw Paw, MI. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts likely. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, mentor staff, and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• Open Availability including weekends and holidays; likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, stocking, and outdoor areas; age 18+.
• Willingness to learn and grow in retail leadership.
• Certification required or obtainable (Food Safety Certification).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and courtesy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules and daily cash handling.
