GPM Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4604 in Gilbert, AZ. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service and store performance.

Open availability is required on weekends and holidays; you must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to manage deposits and errands. The role offers weekly pay, potential bonuses, and growth into higher leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, stocking, and outside area maintenance.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification required/obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
