GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Tucson. You will support daily operations, run the register, and lead a team focused on customer service and store success.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, train, and coach staff, step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off, and handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store well stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or convenience store operations.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Certification in Food Safety or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate staff to upsell promotions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
