GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Arizona. You will support the Store Manager across daily operations, supervise staff, handle cash, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

This role requires open availability, with weekends, holidays, and typically second or third shifts. You will lead by example, coach the team, manage scheduling, and assist with hiring, training, and upselling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team to hit performance goals.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and variable shifts.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy; assist customers.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training and leading a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to drive customer service excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
