The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail leadership, strong customer service ethos, and experience coaching employees. This non-exempt, full-time position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or assistant store manager experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience coaching and developing employees
• Ability to analyze sales data and KPI performance
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office programs

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold cabi’s core values and brand standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized sales and client engagement
• Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales goals
• Support the development and execution of action plans to meet or exceed store performance goals
• Build customer relationships through active clienteling and engagement programs
• Assist with creating and executing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store employees
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
• Assist with merchandising and visual presentation according to company standards
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor while supporting team development and customer service
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock organization
• Help maintain store records, banking, petty cash, and operational procedures
• Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards are consistently met
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and company partners
• Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
