Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store staff through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual guidelines, and merchandising standards.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing tills, and daily audits.
• Support inventory management and backroom organization to optimize efficiency.
