Responsibilities include opening/closing, processing directives, maintaining displays, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. The role emphasizes teamwork and delivering exceptional service while protecting assets and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives
• Preferred store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide customer service excellence

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain storefront fixtures, displays, and promotional materials
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll and scheduling
• Maintain clean, organized store and secure assets including cash
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise when needed
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff
