Job summary

Total Wine & More in Miami is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a sales-driven culture. You will support operations, payroll, inventory, and customer experience, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail leadership, a business-focused degree or equivalent, and ability to work evenings and weekends. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role in retail.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve key performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and lead store team and develop skills.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships and store compliance with alcohol laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
