Southern Tide is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to support the store manager in executing strategies that drive performance and customer experience. You will lead by example, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure visual standards across all touchpoints.

Ensure accurate POS, banking, and policy adherence while partnering with the manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers transformational customer experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Merchandising preferred.
• 4+ years retail experience with 2+ years supervisory/management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Basic retail math skills and POS experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager to meet financial targets and sales plans.
• Coach staff to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Monitor sales targets, adjust schedules, and drive traffic flow.
• Lead by example in selling, product knowledge, and service.
• Recruit, onboard, train staff; ensure visual standards.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, and POS operations.
