VIVAIA seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Costa Mesa to support the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will develop a high-performing team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure the store reflects VIVAIA's commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. This role serves as Manager-on-Duty when needed and offers opportunities to contribute to store initiatives and local marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in footwear, apparel, fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences; support sales goals and store KPIs.
• Leadership & Team Development: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching team members; motivate and recognize performance.
• Store Operations: Support opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions, loss prevention, inventory cycles, and merchandising standards.
• Business Performance: Analyze sales reports, assist with labor scheduling, local marketing, in-store events, and executing company strategies.
