Job summary

Dolce Vita is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager on all store operations and lead a team of brand advocates to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the company brand.

You will help drive profitability, ensure visual merchandising alignment, manage inventory and staff development, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and store safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to maximize profitability while ensuring customer engagement, merchandising, operations and community connection meet company standards.
• Create memorable customer experiences through strong client focus and collaboration, motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives in line with brand strategy.
• Ensure replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Assist in training, operations, inventory management, store administration, cleaning duties when needed, and customer service.
• Process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Assist Store Manager in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside your specific role.
