Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager to support daily operations in Placerville, CA. You will drive sales, deliver top-tier customer service, and oversee store performance in partnership with the Store Manager.

You will mentor retail sales consultants, coordinate merchandising and product launches, execute promotional activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to realize sales objectives while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.

• Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
• Coach and develop retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
