Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented and able to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize, stock, and display merchandise; transfer from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handle damaged items, and support loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash; follow security procedures.
• Supervise and train store associates; maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance throughout the store.
