Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop store associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers professionally and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain promotional displays and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
