Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Stonecrest, GA location. This role involves assisting with daily store activities, leading a positive customer experience, and helping manage merchandise flow and staff performance.

You will contribute to opening/closing procedures, follow corporate directives, maintain promotional displays, and support in payroll and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and storefront fixtures.
