Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion with outgoing personality and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability and urgency in dynamic business environments with proactive ideas.
• Ability to promote collaboration and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and leadership to optimize sales results.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive on-floor and digital platform traffic.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eComm fulfillment.
• Maintain brand visuals and merchandising standards across the store.
