You will help with scheduling, training, deposits, and cash handling, perform stocking and cashier duties, and assist in achieving strong customer service and loss-prevention goals.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment and ability to supervise staff is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication, and loss-prevention awareness are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate register and scanner.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays, and planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Support cashier accountability, cash control, and store banking deposits.
• Assist in covering Store Manager absence and store operations.
