Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Support implementation of planograms and ensure proper product presentation.
• Ensure cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposits are conducted securely.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
