Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow work processes to manage merchandise including stocking, receiving, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintaining product presentation.
• Assist with store financial integrity: cashier accountability, cash handling, deposits, and refunds.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
