Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, and ensure merchandise flow from delivery to floor while maintaining seasonal areas.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling record-keeping, loss prevention, and staff training to deliver a positive store environment. Part-time role in NJ.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and basic reading of operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and handle frequent standing, walking, and lifting.

• Transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
