Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and supports direction & planning of associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit to build strong candidate network, coach when needed.
• 30% Operations: execute store processes, support digital strategies, Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store inventory management: ordering, shipments, payroll hours, opening/closing procedures, adherence to directives.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets; ensure compliance with procedures.
