SMCP NORTH AMERICA (US, CANADA) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Sandro in the Meatpacking District, NYC. You will lead a team to deliver an elevated client experience, coach staff, manage operations, and contribute to sales targets while upholding brand standards and Parisian chic.

You will mentor associates, maintain visual standards, and resolve client concerns with a solution-driven mindset, supporting the Store Manager and driving store performance.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
• Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communicator with ability to coach and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify exceptional client service as the boutique's primary host.
• Ensure each client has a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Use selling tools to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive personal and store sales, contributing to the monthly plan.
• Mentor and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
• Observe and provide feedback on client engagement and styling techniques.
• Deliver training for new hires and ongoing product knowledge sessions.
