Colonial Group's Dry Goods store seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in delivering outstanding customer service, motivate associates, and share product knowledge to help customers create their own personal style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Execute duties of a sales associate and meet sales goals.
• Assess performance to improve service quality and store results.
