Colonial Group’s Dry Goods division seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, delivering exceptional service, and helping customers create their personal style. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging, clean store.

You will train and coach staff, lead by example, and help grow the store business while aiming for sales and account goals.

Responsabilités

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
