Dry Goods, a family-owned retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, delivering personalized service, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You’ll train, coach, and lead by example to help customers create their own style.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
