Colonial Group's Dry Goods brand is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail growth by motivating associates to help customers create their personal style. You will direct activities to achieve store goals, elevate engagement, and maintain an inspiring, fashionable store environment.

You’ll lead store operations including interviewing, staffing forecasts, training, payroll, benefits, merchandising, and problem solving to meet goals while offering a generous benefits package and merchandise

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate and lead store staff to deliver customer service.
• Experience conducting interviews and managing staffing needs.
• Experience providing performance feedback and evaluations.
• Experience in payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Knowledge of merchandising plans and store appearance.
• Ability to resolve customer problems.
• Flexible to day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Execute duties of sales associate and keyholder.
• Coordinate the interview process: screenings, interviews, references.
• Forecast future staffing needs.
• Assess associate performance to improve service and sales.
• Develop associates' skills through training.
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and usage.
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store appearance and cleanliness.
• Develop solutions to customer problems and business needs.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
