Colonial Group's Dry Goods store seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and by assisting with all operations. You will deliver one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

You will train, coach, and lead by example; develop relationships to grow store business; ensure duties of a sales associate and achieve sales goals;

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
