Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise presentation meets standards.
• Maintain cashier accountability, cash controls, and deposits.
• Assist with store management in Store Manager’s absence.
