Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and procedures.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees.
• Manage inventory, planograms, and merchandise displays.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
