You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, deliver exceptional service, and manage daily operations across a varied merchandise assortment including jewelry, electronics, and tools. Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
