Responsibilities

• Assign duties to workers and schedule breaks in the Store Manager's absence.

• Complete store reports and make bank deposits as directed by the Store Manager.
• Inspect merchandise for correct pricing and display.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory.
• Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain good public relations.
• Process goods for placement in the store.
• Ensure security of merchandise and facility.
• Assist in training clients assigned to the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Orient new hires on emergency plans and procedures.
• Supervise sales staff and reconcile cash and records as needed.
