• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience.
• Experience supervising multiple departments or staff.
• Proficiency in setting and managing schedules for store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the Retail Store Manager.
• Supervise staff, train new associates, and schedule work.
• Schedule and manage store staff to meet staffing needs.
• Greet donors, process donations, and handle cash transactions.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
• Assist customers and handle complaints; maintain inventory and merchandising.
