Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; assist customers at checkout and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store on schedule at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise with stock, rotation, and display planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Support store operations; assist in cash control and refunds/overrides under supervision.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
