Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling staff, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays according to planograms.
• Help maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Maintain store financial integrity with cashier accountability and deposits.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
