Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Experience managing a retail store, preferably grocery or drugstore.
• Physically able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform walking, standing, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise, transfer deliveries to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help manage payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store areas, fixtures, and stockroom to company standards.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Uphold safety guidelines and professional interactions with customers and staff.
