Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as store lead in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel as needed.
• Maintain inventory awareness and monitor sales, expenses and trends.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Ensure quality customer service and adherence to policies.
• Support promotion of services and merchandise.
